कमतौल में हथियार के साथ तीन युवक गिरफ्तार, पिस्टल, जिंदा कारतूस व वाहन जब्त, लूट में संलिप्तता की बात कबूली
कमतौल। शुक्रवार अल सुबह करीब पौने तीन बजे गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर कमतौल थाना पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए तीन युवकों को हथियार के साथ गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
गश्ती टीम में शामिल एसआई सुभाष प्रसाद और एएसआई नीतिश कुमार ने उच्च अधिकारियों को सूचना देने के बाद दरभंगा–कमतौल मार्ग स्थित गोपालपुर रेल गुमटी के पास छापेमारी की। इस दौरान एक Tata Altroz से उतरकर भागने की कोशिश कर रहे तीन युवकों को पुलिस ने घेराबंदी कर पकड़ लिया।
गिरफ्तार युवकों की पहचान मधुबनी जिले के रहिका थाना क्षेत्र बसौली वार्ड-12 निवासी आदर्श कुमार (17), अभिषेक कुमार (23) पिता संजीव साह तथा दरभंगा सदर थाना क्षेत्र रानीपुर वार्ड-6 निवासी संजय कुमार (24) पिता अर्जुन दास के रूप में हुई है।
तलाशी के दौरान पुलिस ने एक पिस्टल, दो जिंदा कारतूस, तीन आईफोन तथा एक अन्य मोबाइल फोन बरामद किया। पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने वाहन लूट की घटना में शामिल होने की बात भी स्वीकार की है।
दरभंगा सदर-2 के एसडीपीओ शुभेंद्र कुमार सुमन ने कमतौल थाना परिसर में आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता में बताया कि तीनों आरोपियों के साथ टाटा अल्ट्रोज़ वाहन को भी जब्त कर लिया गया है।
एसआई सुभाष कुमार के आवेदन पर कमतौल थाना में आरोपियों के विरुद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज कर अग्रेतर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है। पुलिस पूरे नेटवर्क की जांच में जुटी है।
